Unlike rack-mounted batteries, these units are designed to stack neatly on top of each other, making them ideal for installations without a battery rack or cabinet. Optional top covers and wheeled bases add both style and practicality, creating a compact, portable energy storage solution.

Each 5kWh LiFePO4 module is built using 16 x A-Grade prismatic cells that are precisely matched, balanced, and laser-welded for strength and efficiency. An industrial-quality Battery Management System (BMS) continuously monitors voltage, current, temperature, and cell balance, ensuring safe and reliable operation in all conditions.

The modular design allows you to expand capacity with ease as your energy requirements grow. Despite their small footprint, these stackable batteries are packed with premium features that deliver safety, performance, and longevity.

Our Manufacturing Process

We are so confident in the quality of our products, that we proudly show you inside the battery and how our batteries are constructed, something other vendors are reluctant to do, which leads to the question WHY?

 

Step 1 - Sourcing the Cells

It all starts with selecting the right chemistry and the type of cells that will be used in the battery. We only use top-quality Grade A Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) Prismatic cells in our 48V/51.2V Off-Grid or backup battery solutions, sourced from the leading battery manufacturers around the world. Each 48V/51.2V Battery contains 16 x Grade A 100Ah LIFePO4 Prismatic cells connected in series (16S configuration)

Step 2: Matching, Laser Welding & Studs

Cells are then balanced and matched for resistance, then studs are inserted and torqued to a specific tension, then laser welded into cells to provide the very best connection possible and years of trouble-free service.

Step 3: Pre- Assembly

Packs are then assembled into the desired configuration. For example, 16 cells in series (16S) for 48V/51.2V or 16 Cells in parallel and series (8S2P) for 24V 200Ah Batteries, via nickel plated, heavy duty copper buss bars.

Step 4: Laser Welding Bus Bar Connections

Buss bars and connections are then laser welded onto the cells using state-of-the-art robots to ensure the highest level of quality control and eliminating the risk of the connections loosening over time and creating resistance and heat build-up through the connections.

Step 5: Installation of BMS & Pre-Charge Resistor

Industrial quality intelligent BMS is fitted along with the Pre Charge Resistor.

Step 6: Cables, Balance Leads & Temperature Sensors are installed

Heavy-duty positive and negative cables are connected between the battery pack (the cells) and the BMS along with high-quality silicone balance leads and 5 (five) separate temperature sensors.

Step 7: Final Assembly, Testing & Packaging Ready For Dispatch

LCD display battery monitor, communication ports, MCB (125Amp Master Circuit Breaker), and terminals are installed and the battery is powered up, parameters are set and the battery is tested to make sure it meets all quality control standards, prior to being package ready for shipment.
